The weather was perfect for the Second Annual "Yours Truly 50k", a
comfortable 3 degrees at the 9 am start and rising to 10 degrees by 12
o'clock. The 5.2 k loop was all cleared from snow and ice which 
made it more enjoyable and safer. Unfortunately one of the participant 
(Paul Curran) on his way to complete in his second ultra, sprain 
an ankle at the start of thesecond loop, he will be back for part two 
in February. 

Jean Desjardins competing in his first ultra posted an awesome 
4:47, well done. Erin Booth on her first attempt to get near 
the marathon distance showed that she isready for the challenge.
